Client Service Support Specialist for International Private Bank

This is a Contract position in Rock Hill, SC posted August 4, 2022.

Private Banking is involved with every facet of wealth management, including investments, wealth structuring, philanthropy, liquidity and credit management, and tax and estate planning.

Our business model focuses on deep client relationships, an integrated team structure and a platform of depth and breadth.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Coordinate collection and processing of tax documentation Manage daily transactions and inquiries accurately, within established deadlines and in accordance with firm and business policies and procedures Management and follow through on Service requests, including composition of credit reference letters, account maintenance activities for credit and debit card products and annual service fee administration, as directed by the CSA teams Assist with research, follow-up and issue resolution through effective interaction with CSAs and operations teams in a timely and professional manner Funds/ wire transfer processing Escalation of issues for any urgent matters or assistance Participate in Service-related projects/priorities as neededREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 1-3 years’ experience in the Financial Services and/or Private Banking industry BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience Highly organized, attentive to details, excellent follow up habits Effective communicator (both orally and written) Ability to work effectively as a member of a team with the ability to work well with multiple CSA teams and other team members High level of personal initiative, and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing business priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), general comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn proprietary software and databases Candidate must understand Spanish and/or Portuguese OR an English speaker who have knowledge, experience, and willing to use Chase Translation tool to convert/understand client instructions in English, Spanish, Portuguese language.JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
