Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Set-up, maintain and retrieve general files for facility or department.
Manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities.
Use computer software to create spreadsheets, manage databases and prepare presentations, reports and documents.
Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.
Calendar management, schedule appointments, update calendars and arrange staff meetings Perform basic bookkeeping.
OTHER FUNCTIONS: Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent required, prefer Bachelor’s degree.
