HR Factory Support Associate (Allied Air)

Position Overview:

  • The HR Coordinator will report to the HR Manager and work with HR team to execute HR functions for the organization.
  • The HR Coordinator is the initial HR team member responsible for meeting, greeting and providing exceptional employee service for the HR department.


  • Holding themselves to a higher standard to exhibit the LII Code of Conduct and Core Values
  • Provide professional and pleasant experience for employees seeking HR support
  • Complete daily call-out list in an accurate and timely manner for completion of time & attendance reporting
  • Handling all HR-related inquiries, including but not limited to payroll, policies, benefits, forms, etc.
  • Processing payroll corrections in Kronos
  • Processing attendance discipline on a weekly basis, proving to supervisors and ensuring forms are returned, signed and logged/filed in a timely manner
  • Logging and filing employee discipline
  • Processing perfect attendance reports
  • Compiling statistics for management’s use
  • Tracking data for management’s use
  • Organizing employee records and files and maintaining compliance as required (proper/accurate filing, managing to record retention schedule, etc.)
  • Supporting hiring & staffing efforts:
  • Creating requisitions in ATS for open positions
  • Moving candidates through ATS from start to hire
  • Closing requisitions and dispositioning candidates appropriately and efficiently
  • Maintaining requisitions and applicant tracking, keeping information current/up-to-date
  • Supporting offer process and pre-hire process (answering candidates questions, follow up with candidates as needed)
  • Communicating onboarding process to candidates, ensuring pre-hire and preboarding steps are completed
  • Creating new hire orientation packets
  • Completing new hire document processing to ensure compliance (I9, EVerify, direct deposit, etc.)
  • Act as back up to HR Generalist for new hire orientation deliver and support
  • Manage temporary conversion process from posting to onboaring/hire
  • Prepare and maintain established HR reports using excel
  • Post communcations throughout the plant as requested and maintain accurate/current postings (removing expired/old postings)
  • All other duties as requested or assigned


  • Requires a High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A two-year degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Requires at least 5 years related experience
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws
  • Experience in Manufacturing Preferred
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple, various tasks and operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage work and tasks while dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to proactively identify areas that need support and providing appropriate support
  • Experience using Kronos, Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Must have professional communication skills (written and verbal)
