JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening f or a Corporate Recruiter in Greenville, SC . The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for finding additional team members to join our internal staff. Positions recruited from can range from recruiters, sales professionals, accountants, administrative assistants, IT, engineering, management, and many other roles. You will be able to help job seekers establish a long term career in the staffing industry with a fast growing and ethical company.

Responsibilities of a Corporate Recruiter :

  • Plans and fills internal recruiting requisitions by meeting with managers to discuss recruitment needs.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, social media, job boards, and other internet sites.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using various means, such as social media and job sites.
  • Contacts potential applicants through various means, including phone, text, email, social media, or job boarding messaging
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviews applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)
  • Meets weekly KPI targets.
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements of a Corporate Recruiter:

 

REQUIRED Experience and Education:

·        2 years prior Recruitment and/or staffing industry experience

·        Hands on experience with an Applicant Tracking System

·        Must be proficient with telephone usage and etiquette

·        Must have above average communications skills

·        Must be proficient with computer systems, most notably Microsoft systems such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

·        Must support diversity

·        Seeking motivated, energetic, and positive minded applicants!

·        Teamwork is absolutely essential, must be comfortable performing with a team in a positive and organized manner

·        Must have High School Diploma or GED
