Third-party evaluations confirm that when schoo ls have the right basic conditions in place and partner with ANet , they achieve 6-8 months of additional learning over a two-year period compared to schools not partnering with ANet .

TEAM VISION The Partnership Development team’s vision is to advance educational equity by understanding and connecting the cont ext, needs, opportunities and goals of potential partners to ANet’s products and services.

We recognize that racism and bias negatively impact educational equity for historically marginalized students; therefore, taking action rooted in a deep analysis of these truths can improve outcomes for historically marginalized students.

THE OPPORTUNITY As a Partnership Developer, you will lead ANet’s growth efforts by prioritizing schools and systems for cultivation, building relationships with these schools and sy stems over time, securing contracts for partnerships, and ultimately, transitioning these partners for strong service.

This critical work will ensure our partners receive the support they need to improve school leadership, instruction, and student learnin g.

This position will report to the Vice President, Partnership Development and will be a member of ANet’s Partnership Success team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Serve as a strategic thought partner to systems leaders, identifying highest-leverage opportunities for ANet to help them serve students and families.


Cultivate deep relationships while building strong awareness of ANet’s value proposition across the K-12 sector ?

Understand the drivers of success for a school system and how those impact vision, priorities, budge ts, and academic strategy ?

Listen keenly in order to interpret, influence, and advise system and school leaders as they consider the need for a partnership with ANet ?

Demonstrate expertise in ANet’s products, services, pricing, and position in the market to clearly communicate ANet’s value proposition and influence decision-making at the system and school levels Develop and implement strategic plans for partnership expansion ?

Revise and shape multi-year strategic plan based on market changes and current information about potential partnerships ?

Lead sales efforts aligned to your multi-year strategic plan by cultivating relationships with prioritized system and school leaders an d acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader matching ANet services and products to partner needs ?

On an ongoing basis, know and track the market
– identifying schools, districts, and CMOs to prioritize based on key success factors and partnership fit aligned to regional vision for growing our impact ?

Represent ANet at external functions (in-person and virtual) and develop comfort explaining our full value proposition to prospective partners Ensure the successful launch of new engagements through the fu ll partnership cycle ?

Ensure that proposals are developed to set up ANet teams for successful executio n of excellent service to our partners ?

Manage the infrastructure of strong partnerships, including effectively scoping, pricing, developing compelling prop osals, and ensuring strong processes for managing incoming payments ?

Operate with expert status in ANet sales processes in order to navigate and activate supports and resources across the organization ?

Capture critical data and steward the process for pr ogress monitoring, contracting, and procurement that match partner needs to ANet service and product offerings ?

Ideal candidates may also dem onstrate the following preferred but not required qualifications: ?

Prior experience as a school or district leader, and/or working as a consultant within the K-12 education space.


You bring prior experience building revenue-generating partnerships to advance the mission of an organization and/or drive sales where you’ve had to quickly demonstrate credibility and expertise with potential partners.
