The Role

We are transforming technology and creating a digital evolution that will empower Centene to better serve our members.  The Senior Product Manager (Software) is a business value multiplier, focused on maximizing business gains for every IT dollar invested.  You will create and own small features that support product strategy and IT delivery.  You will also lead the direction and focus of engineering and user experience teams.  This role is a business value multiplier, focused on maximizing business gains for every IT dollar invested. As Senior Product Manager you will:

• Identify feature enhancements, manage associated backlog and roadmap to maximize business outcomes
• Lead engineering on driving out a technical design, estimates and the delivery
• Lead UX on driving out design and validate user flows and interfaces
• Define success metrics and measurement plan
• Responsible for the entire lifecycle of a product cradle to grave.
• Identify and align to external dependencies

Additionally, you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of related product management experience in a health insurance, health provider, or IT industry.
• Required skill in one of the areas: Data Streaming/ Data Integration/ Event Data Architecture/ API development/ Big Data/ Micro-Services
• HealthCare experience preferred – Member, Provider, Claims
• Experience with Confluence, Jira and MS Office Suite
