Building and Grounds Specialist - Palmetto Center

Responsible for the keeping the building clean and orderly condition.

Perform cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, community and staff bathrooms, consumer dorm rooms, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.

Duties will also include notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning supplies.
 

Considerable knowledge of cleaning methods, safety practices, equipment and supplies.  Ability to understand and carry out routine listings of supplies and prepare other simple reports and records.

Ability to make minor repairs and adjustments to equipment.

Physical abilities include balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to fifty pounds without assistance, grasping, hearing, smelling, and repetitive motions.
