Location: Home-based/Telecommute (with local travel to appointments)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven sales professionals to join our growing company. In this role, you will consult with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to diagnose issues with their homes and provide tailored solutions that best meet their needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Diagnose foundation and crawlspace issues, providing detailed assessments of necessary repairs and solutions.
• Present and explain our products and services, answering questions and overcoming objections to secure sales.
• Follow up on leads, maintain detailed records, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Work independently, but remain supported by a collaborative team that includes our experienced sales leadership, installation crews, and customer service staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience in home services, construction, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills—the ability to connect with homeowners and explain technical issues in an easy-to-understand way.
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline.
• Problem-solving skills—you’ll need to diagnose issues and recommend the best possible solutions for the customer.
• A customer-first attitude—we pride ourselves on providing a remarkable experience for every homeowner.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What We Need for This Role:

• 1+ years of experience in residential real estate, home inspection, home improvement, or a similar field preferred.
• 1+ years of Outside Sales experience is preferred.
• Some construction experience is a plus.
• Comfortable entering crawlspaces underneath homes and performing physical tasks such as kneeling, crawling, and walking.
• Strong communication and sales skills—able to listen, close sales, and follow up effectively.
• A reliable personal vehicle, and cell phone.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
