Position Title: Part Time Dietetic Internship Coordinator- Charleston, SC
Reports To: Dietetic Internship Director
Location: MUSC Health in Charleston
Job Details: The Part Time Internship Coordinator will work 20 hours per week on-site at MUSC overseeing the dietetic internship students. 2-3 times per year the coordinator will be expected to travel for events and trainings.
Salary: $30-$35/hr
Other Forms of Compensation: CEU's, meal plan, phone stipend, CEU's, AND, state licensure, and CDR dues paid

Job Summary
We are seeking a Part Time Dietetic Internship Coordinator for the cohort at MUSC in Charleston, SC.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinates with National Director on student recruitment, advisement, evaluation and counseling; curriculum development and ongoing updates to curriculum for accreditation and program improvement; program communication and coordination

Coordinates with the National Director on the development and updates of policies and procedures for effectively managing the Dietetic Internship

Oversees required pre-requisites for cohort’s interns to start internship

Oversees completion and maintenance of cohort’s intern and program records for DI accreditation

Coordinates with National Director ongoing changes and maintenance of the internship’s secure virtual learning system for interns, preceptor evaluations, and quality control reports of program

Collects data and assists with analysis of ongoing program evaluation and program outcomes
Qualifications:
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required
