This is a Full-time position in Beaufort, SC posted August 6, 2022.

The Office Specialist will assist the General Manager in performing administrative and clerical duties at the service center level.

Essential Functions:

  • • Provide quality service to walk-in customers and on the phone
  • • Fax, copy and scan paperwork
  • • Communicate with moving crews
  • • Perform general housekeeping duties and maintain inventory of supplies
  • • Prepare various report for management and maintain required forms and logs
  • • Set up appointments for surveys/deliveries
  • • Filing and organizing paperwork

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of company software
  • Interpersonal communication
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask

Required Education and Experience:

  • Required: High School diploma or GED
