Production Control Clerk with Security Clearance


This is a Contract position in Beaufort, SC posted August 15, 2022.

Job Summary Job Description: The Production Control Clerk performs the PC functions (including logs and records) and shall be the Focal Point of all maintenance procedures and processes, sets workload priorities as well as issuing weekly Work Orders for Planned Maintenance System equipment and coordinates required testing support with various military work centers aboard the military base. * The PC Clerk collects production data and provides current status information to both internal and external customers on an as-needed or recurring basis and keeps the Site Lead apprised of any issues that may arise. * The PC Clerk’s responsibilities include the creation of all work folders and the screening of all records and workbooks to ensure completeness and accuracy as outlined in local directives. * The PC Clerk also creates customer work orders, collects and maintains payroll data using computer spreadsheets, calculators and other devices. * Additional tasks include producing production reports based on compiled data following prescribed formats and maintaining files of documents and records, coordinating with all work centers to establish workload priorities and performs others collateral duties as may be assigned. Minimum Requirements * Must be able to speak, read and understand English
* Must be able to meet physical requirements associated with and/or pass any medical examination requirements related to performing daily assigned tasks.
* Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance and be issued a Contractor Access Card (CAC) and be able to access Navy Information Systems. Preferred Qualifications * Excellent computer skills with use of peripheral equipment and a working knowledge of OOMA, SERMIS, SEMS, SAP, BOE and Microsoft Office data products. * Good oral and written communication skills.
* Great organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work.
