Our client, an AmLaw 200 law firm, has a highly coveted opening for a uniquely structured Corporate Associate role.
The position is designed to support the firm’s Corporate and Transactional Practice Group and has the flexibility to be part-time or full-time.
Compensation for an attorney with a target of 1600 hours would be in the low $200k range, although there is the flexibility to work more or fewer hours than this (as low as 1200).
The role may also be performed on a fully remote basis.
While this is a non-Partner track role, the work is highly sophisticated and would be a platform for the incoming attorney’s career development.
Prior experience with health care is a plus (though not required), as the firm has a significant presence in the healthcare industry.
