Training Advisor, ISR

The Training advisor for Inside Sales Representatives (ISR)/ event managers is responsible for helping to create, develop, evaluate and maintain all training and continuous improvement processes for the inside sales representative position and Event manager. This person, being a subject matter experts (SME), holds a deep understanding of all ISR and EM processes and tools, and is responsible for applying their expertise to support Bath Fitter’s vision and strategic planning. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent, an asset.
• 3 or more years of experience in the ISR role at Bath Fitter.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Training Advisor role
• Experience in customer service.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Training Advisor role
• Fully Bilingual (French and English) is important.
• Experience in project management, as asset.
• Expert in designing adult education and training, applied exercises, exams and other support tools.
• Experience in project management, as asset.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability and desire to perform under high pressure in a rapid growth retail company environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to maximize the transfer of knowledge and skills, in coaching mode.
• High level of integrity.
• Motivated to work in a collaborative, inclusive, engaging environment and with a fast pace of results delivery.

• Must be available to travel frequently across the United States and Canada.

• Must be proficient on Microsoft Office Suite, and possess knowledge of Office 365, an asset.
• Experience with training platforms.
