Will provide support to the Partner Account Manager they are assigned to and help drive business development, Be a single point of contact for Sage with small and medium sized business partner(s).Key Responsibilities
•Partner Sales Support will provide tracking of order entry on smartsheets, quoting, resolve around tier and commission issues advice
•Respond to all unassigned partner(s) questions in assigned geography
•Monitor and resolve all Sales Admin issues to support proper order flow (including managing on-hold or credit issues)
•Ensure partner tier is up to date and accurate
•Provide guidance for inbound partner inquiries and direct to appropriate resources
•Train partners on use of the Partner Hub/Marketplace
•Run tier reports and validate for accuracy Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
•5 years’ channel experience
•Knowledge of accounting and ERP software, preferably Sage product portfolio
•Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations
•Experience in all aspects of channel relationship management
•Knowledge of resources available across Sage functions to assist partner in achieving goals for success
•Strong SFDC skill set and good working knowledge of excel
•Strong sales operations/admin background and proven ability to coach/train others
•Proficiency in English language, verbal and written Your benefits:
