Campaign Manager

The Job We’re seeking an experienced, strategic, and performance driven marketing campaign manager to join our growing marketing team to serve as the Tealeaf business unit champion.

This role would support business unit growth across new logo/expansion/retention, multiple geographies (North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APJ) and channels, creating world-class, comprehensive marketing campaigns that elevate both Tealeaf and Acoustic.

This is a unique opportunity to be highly visible and own marketing execution for an entire business unit at a marketing company who enables personalized customer journeys for some of the world’s most important brands.

We’re looking for a self-starter who’s not only a disruptive, creative thinker but also someone who’s passionate about constantly analyzing and optimizing the marketing strategy to create bold and engaging material that elevates the brand while driving growth and revenue.

What You’ll Do Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven demand generation campaign strategy to achieve sales goals across all geographies for the Tealeaf business unit Responsible for developing and deploying multi-channel marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, defining the target audience, articulating the message, and measuring results Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize.

Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels, geographies, and industry verticals.

Set clear criteria for campaign success prior to launch, ensure that systems are in place to measure, own campaign performance, report metrics out post-campaign, and use that information to drive future improvements.

Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to build prescriptive ICP-based profiles and journeys as the foundation for campaign strategy.

Track, collate, and leverage competitive intelligence to inform value-driven campaigns and competitive campaigns Collaborate with partner marketing to extend reach of campaign efforts Actively engage the global GTM team to solicit feedback, ensure alignment, generate ideas for campaign optimizations Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders Capture any campaign related processes, best practices, training, etc.

and actively disseminate to ensure alignment, leveraging sales enablement and other GTM stakeholders The Essentials BS/BA degree in marketing or related field 5 years specifically in a marketing campaign manager role or the equivalent amount of experience as an international, multi-channel marketing campaign manager Strong preference for and B2B2C marketing in SaaS, Martech or Technology.
