One of our clients, a marketing agency working with global brands, is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their Greenville office!

The Digital Project Manager oversees the delivery of digital experiences from ideation to production, to optimization by leading the work form end to end. The Digital Project Manager coordinates the day-to-day agency interactive efforts on multiple projects and works with internal teams, including digital designers, developers, and data. In this role, the Digital Project Manager ensures that the agency delivers: world-class projects that are on time and budget.

The Digital Project Manager will report to the Solution Architect/Dev Lead and will work in lockstep with the interactive team and other department leads to deliver world-class quality projects. The Digital Project Manager will work with other team members to align agency resources and deliverables for multi-channel marketing campaigns.


  • Manage multiple interactive projects start to finish, ensuring successful project completion against deadlines
  • Participate in proposal generation, project planning, feature scoping, level of effort estimation, and delivery conversations
  • Develop workable scopes, budgets, work plans and realistic timetables for digital projects
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing application: websites, banners, emails, and landing pages
  • Maintain updates project status and deliverables inside project management tool
  • Provide and maintain projects status – liaising with development teams, designers, and commercial staff to provide accurate updates of project statuses
  • Provide client updates for weekly status updates on all projects
  • Educating clients on digital or technological aspects of their projects
  • Work with the Project Management team to align larger campaign projects and full agency alignment on resources
  • Management of external resources, freelancers and vendors to uphold digital expectations and deadlines
  • Project quality assurance – testing and review of output, reviewing outputted deliverables against scope and overall standards
  • Champion internal systems for higher productivity working
  • Define and enforce best practices and contribute to company knowledge-sharing effort
  • Ability to decipher complex communication briefs and objectives into intelligent media / technology solutions
  • Involved in Client presentations to present digital concepts
  • Documentation development for digital projects, sitemap, journey diagram, and functionality specs
  • Understanding of Marketing Automation and digital deliverable tools
  • Ability to use content management system tools, to update and apply content updates
  • Works with agency core function group on post-mortems
