As a Director of Acquisition Integration at Agape Care your responsibilities will be to successfully integrate acquisitions into agency and inculcate staff of acquired entity to the process and culture of the agency. May participate in due diligence process in advance of transactions being signed to validate that there is a strategic fit accountable to established timeline and proforma expectation of each acquisition integration. Director of Acquisition Integration may act as Administrator of acquired agencies or backup for the Administrator during temporary absences and or vacancies as assigned. As a Director of Acquisition Integration at Agape Care, you’ll serve as the driver of our care team to ensure every patient receives the highest quality care.

***Responsible for traveling to locations across Agape Care Service Territory and as designated by supervisor. Extensive Travel with overnight stays required.***Company Car Provided!

• EDUCATION: Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
• LICENSURE: Must have or obtain current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse in all states company operates.
• EXPERIENCE: SKILLS: Minimum of 5years of clinical or other leadership experience in a progressive Home Health or Hospice company or comparable experience.  Diplomacy and transformational leadership qualities. Organizational and time-management skills. Ethical and effective handling of sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information. Must possess strong competencies in clinical management, clinical software, organizational expertise, financial metrics and human resources. Strong Project Management skills preferred.
• TRANSPORTATION: Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, proof of auto insurance.
