Compensation: $20-22 an hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8hr day time shifts.

Be a part of Swift Transportation.Job Responsibilities: What you will doAs an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for 1-2 of our key Customer Accounts.

In this role, you will build and maintain long-lasting relationships with our customers by creating rapport, exhibiting a foundation of trust, and sustaining consistent communication.

This position requires collaboration with internal departments to identify innovative ideas and solutions in order to achieve specific customer needs.

Account Managers understand what the Transportation market looks like daily, which in turn ensures that we are providing accurate information regarding the volume of truck loads that we can support, while providing exemplary service at the same time by communicating status updates, being proactive in our approach, and readily available for any questions our customers may have.

An Account Manager will continuously be looking for ways to grow and expand our Customer Accounts by utilizing and speaking to all lines of business within our organization.
