We are looking for a Assistant Service Manager whom is a high-energy professional. The ideal candidate is one who will not only lead by example, but is also a team player. We are looking for someone who can take on many different roles while managing the day-to-day operations in our center. A Center Service Manager will be expected to communicate with customers, build client relationships, assist with the management of technical team, and ensure AAMCO policies and procedures are being adhered to.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Managing technician workflow
- Recommending services to customers
- Ordering parts and inventory
- Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs
- Managing and tracking lead counts as well as customer satisfaction ratings
- Generating and closing sales
- Deliver a high level of customer service and quality control over all aspect of the center's business, operations, and work product
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4Β yearΒ of automotive service sales experience OR equivalent sales experience with a track record of success
- Excellent one-time closing skills
- Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
- Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
- Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment
- Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player
- Must have valid driver's license
