Under general supervision performs customer service work in food and beverage operations at North Myrtle Beach Sports Park. Work involves promptly greeting all customers, consistently implement selling techniques and up sell, properly execute cash handling procedures, accurately operate POS over the course of work shift, clean, organize, and restock on an hourly basis. Work closely with the team members, supervisors and manager. Reports to the Food and Beverage Supervisor.
Must be at least 16 years of age. Experience as a cashier in fast food or retail is a plus, working with the public in the service industry, or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Tasks involve the ability to exert moderate, though not constant, physical effort, typically involving some combination of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling, and lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderate weight (up to 20 pounds), and occasionally heavier objects and materials (up to 50 pounds) including pushing and/or pulling wheeled concession carts.
