Job Summary:
Mazda of Columbia is seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our dynamic team in Columbia, South Carolina. This is a full-time, commission only position in the automotive industry. As an individual contributor, the Sales Professional will be responsible for driving sales and delivering excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for cars and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive commission structure, with earning potential of $500 to $5000 per week, paid weekly. In addition, employees will have access to bonuses and incentives, as well as company-sponsored healthcare benefits and a retirement savings plan.

Responsibilities:
ā€¢ Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Mazda products and services
ā€¢ Utilize various sales tactics, such as prospecting, networking, and cold calling, to generate leads and reach sales targets
ā€¢ Conduct test drives and product presentations to potential customers
ā€¢ Negotiate and close sales deals within the pricing guidelines set by the dealership
ā€¢ Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
ā€¢ Process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
ā€¢ Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
ā€¢ Participate in ongoing sales and product training to stay updated on new products and features
ā€¢ Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
ā€¢ High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
ā€¢ Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
ā€¢ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
ā€¢ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
ā€¢ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
ā€¢ Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
ā€¢ Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
ā€¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
ā€¢ Must be available to work weekends and some evenings as required
ā€¢ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
