Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives? Jenkins Home Care is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator.


Position: Client Care Coordinator


Responsibilities:

  • Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a service plan.
  • Plan and execute a schedule that ensures each client had, at minimum, one quality assurance visit per quarter.
  • Create and maintain client and responsible party records, documenting all quality assurance meetings.


Qualifications:

  • Must have worked for a home care agencyβ€”home care industry experience is a must.
  • Related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
