Position: Client Services SpecialistΒ 

Location: Lexington, South CarolinaΒ 

Job Type: Part-time (12pm-6pm Monday-Friday)Β 

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and personable Client Services Specialist to be a welcoming face and compassionate support person for our clients and staff. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' progress and success through their entire therapy journey as well as gain knowledge in the ABA field. This is a great steppingstone on the pathΒ to learning, growing, and excelling within Meaningful Milestones and to promote to further roles. Β 

Key Responsibilities:Β 

  1. Phone and Visitor Management:Β 

  • Answer and transfer phone calls, as necessary.Β 

  • Welcome and direct visitors and clients.Β 

  1. Administrative Tasks:Β 

  • Retrieve information from records, emails, and minutes. Prepare written summaries when needed.Β 

  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.Β 

  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.Β 

  1. Support and Coordination:Β 

  • Assist the team with organization and effective communication.Β 

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance.Β 

  • Coordinate with vendors as requested by the administrative team.Β 

  1. Campus Operations:Β 

  • Perform campus inspections and report findings to responsible managers.Β 

  • Manage supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders.Β 

  • Receive and distribute office mail.Β 

  • Proofread and type documents and correspondence produced by the department.Β 

  1. Event Coordination and Building Management:Β 

  • Coordinate unique events for the campus (e.g., Touch-a-Truck, Storytelling, police visits, dentist visits).Β 

  • General cleaning, organizing, and stocking of rooms and the overall building.Β 

  • Manage the HRE (Happy Relaxed Engaged) calendar.Β 

  • Timely assist with buddy support requests throughout shifts.Β 

  • Provide staff childcare coverage when needed during holidays and school breaks.Β 

  1. Other Duties:Β 

  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned.Β 

Qualifications:Β 

  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Β 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Β 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Β 

  • Displays resourcefulness and adapts well to working alone at timesΒ 

  • Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 15 poundsΒ 

  • Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in healthcare or therapy settings.Β 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.Β 

  • Knowledge of ABA therapy and support is a plus.Β 

  • Associates degree or equivalent education is preferredΒ 

  • Actively served in administrative capacities for three to five yearsΒ 

  • Recent TB test with results from the past yearΒ
