Our client, a design-builder of exquisite custom homes seeks experienced Project Managers for their SC Upstate and Asheville, NC operations to meet the increasing demand for their homes.
Candidates should have a minimum of five years’ custom home experience managing multiple projects. Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Supervising/scheduling of subcontractors and vendors
× Timely completion of projects
· Consistent, scheduled communication
· Cost and Quality control
· Continual Improvement
· Maintaining exceptional client relationships
· Management of company assets
· Safety: Our Goal - Zero incidents
