Must be willing to cross train in each area of Food and Nutrition Services and have a thorough understanding of each of the positionβs processes. Completes assigned duties/tasks professionally, accurately and as timely as possible. Services all customers using exceptional customer service skills. Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of food handling and sanitation requirements per Food & Nutrition policies and procedures. Must have basic understanding of cash register/cash handling policies and procedures. Responsible for cleaning and sanitation. Must be able to multi-task and work at a fast consistent pace. Records food service and DHEC reports, records and logs as related to the Food and Nutrition. Upholds all DHEC/DNV regulation in regard to food safety, facility upkeep, cleaning and sanitation. Upholds proper personal and hand hygiene practices at all times. Team member will relay any identified problems to the Supervisor, Coordinator, Specialist, or Management as quickly as possible. Must be flexible with schedule days and times. Completes any and all other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Coordinator, Specialist or Management. These responsibilities contribute to meeting the overall job and customer satisfaction.
