Candidates for our Entry Level Management Training Program are responsible for engaging customers through interactive displays and promotions to market our clients' goods and services. Since they engage customers while they are already in a "buying" frame of mind, the on-site promos we provide are extremely well-liked in big-box retailers. This strategy, which has achieved outstanding results, allows customers to make an educated, confident buying decision.

Management trainees will be given a direct mentor in addition to handling our clients' products to assist in coaching them on the operational aspects of maintaining our firm, such as managing human resources, client interactions, profit and loss, and team management.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn how to manage in-store marketing campaigns for our clients

  • Learn how to develop and train entry-level representatives

  • Communicate our clients' promotions and products to their customers in a retail setting

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns in a retail setting

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our clients' evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • 2-year or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a PLUS

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Self-motivated

  • Positive and professional demeanor

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
