Independently carry out recurring assignments without specific instructions according to established clinic practices and policies.
Perform duties related to clinic administrative operations, customer service, implementation of local policy and processes.
Prepare patient records and/or charts, records physicianβs notes, and orders. Applies effective communication skills in speaking and writing when working with patients, coworkers, and leadership.
Conduct periodic reviews of administrative and functional techniques
Provide suggestions in support of continuous improvements towards administrative operations.
