As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in moving others toward life improvement by helping prospective homebuyers find their dream homes. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. No prior experience in home sales is necessary; we are looking for someone with a strong hunter mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep belief in the values of patriotism and the American Dream.Ā 


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential homebuyers, delivering outstanding customer service during the sales process.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to grasp their preferences, budgets, and lifestyle needs.
  • Showcase model homes, emphasizing unique features and benefits, and presenting available options.
  • Offer comprehensive details about floor plans, specifications, pricing, and available upgrades to aid clients in making well-informed choices.
  • Coordinate and conduct property tours, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive experience for potential buyers.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, including pricing, terms, and contract details, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to provide updates and ensure timely home delivery, while keeping clients informed throughout the building process.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments to effectively position homes in the market.Ā 
  • Participate in sales events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives to drive leads and promote the brand.
  • Recover from setbacks and close deals effectively.

Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Full Time.
  • Commission-based salary (1.5% - 2% of each home sale).
