Responsibilites:
- Ensure all patrons of the Resort, guest or non-guest, behave in a respectable manner
- Maintain file database of all guest and associate incident reports, emergency 911 calls, and trespassing violationsΒ Β
- Ensure all Security standards are properly followed.Β Report all observed hotel property deficiencies and safety hazards
- Thoroughly and completely investigation all incidents incurred by guests and associates (i.e. losses, thefts, accidents, and acts of violence). This includes being able to write and analyze various data reports
- Understand the fire panel and emergency procedures, includingΒ evacuation processes and proceduresΒ Β
- Lead and develop strategies for Resort-wide Safety Committee
- Be alert to potential problems and malfunctions of hospitality services and make on-the-spot corrections
- Follow and execute all Shift checklist tasksΒ
- On-going property inspection for intoxicated patrons and trash pick-up
- Report facility issues such as broken or missing furniture/equipment, gas/water leaks, door lock issues, etc.
- Adhere to all Standards of Conduct as outlined in the Beach House Associate Handbook
- Complete all necessary checklists, reports and documentation nightly and multi-task
Requirements:
- Outstanding integrity and honesty is essential, along with a calm demeanor
- Creative thinking capabilities
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.; work and walk on feet entire shift
