Experience Requirements:
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies, whether through senior design projects (recent graduate) or manufacturing/logistics work experience. (DMAIC, Lean, etc.).
- Understanding of time studies and data analysis.
- Understanding of facility layout/design and material flow.
- Understanding of human factors / ergonomics.
- Understanding of Process Safety / Hazard Analysis.
Roles/Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Support Near Miss / Safety driven projects and design.
- Drive improvement projects based on monthly Level 4 data.
- Support design and implementation of new processes and equipment.
- Support data collection and analysis needs for board leaders /project supervisors.
- Facilitate TaylorMade R&D trials with Eng. Tech support.
- Establish/Evaluate standard operating procedures and Job safety analyses for existing processes.
- Support plant maintenance activities.
- Support Operationβs Manager.

Education Requirements: Engineering Degree (Preferably Industrial or Mechanical, but relevant experience is highly valued)
