Sales Associate - Health/Fitness
SpartanburgStretchLab Spartanburg is looking for a Sales Associate to help with front desk tasks at a health and fitness boutique studio located on the East side of Spartanburg. This part-time position offers a great work environment, even better teammates, and a flexible schedule for the right college student.
The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, high energy, and a proactive "let's do it" attitude. Problem-solving skills and a creative mindset are beneficial. And a passion for health and fitness is a plus.
This role is customer service focused, so you must like people and sincerely enjoy connecting with them!!
We're admittedly biased, but StretchLab Spartanburg is an awesome and rewarding place to work. We have a great team that is professional, but also a lot of fun. We're small so we work together on all aspects of the studio. And we are obsessed with helping people move better!!

DAILY DUTIES:
- Assist with the sales process of lead generation and follow up
- Lots of phone calls / outreach
- Participate in community events
- Book / confirm stretch sessions for our current & prospective clients
- Greet and check-in clients and answer phone inquiries
- Help create social media content
- Present and sell merchandise in the studio
- Make everyone you interact with feel important - because they are important
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- This position offers a base of $12/hr plus commission on sales
- Complimentary 4x25 Membership included with employment (with 15+ hrs/wk schedule)
