Our Boeing Global Real Estate organization is seeking a Senior Manager of Real Estate Infrastructure (GREI), Level L, responsible for managing Portfolio Administration for the organization.
You will oversee the Lease Administration Service, Enterprise Real Property Space Management, and act as the Business owner for GRE IT systems & tools, processes, and analytics.Β The role leads Boeing employees along with third party providers to deliver services supporting those functions. You will work closely with the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Tech team, GREF Planning, IT, Finance, HR, and Lease Accounting teams to ensure best in class service delivery for Boeing.Β
For other duties, this role champions employee engagement, people development and facilitates GRE Best Team & Talent activities.Β This Senior Manager will be working in a virtual capacity.
Position Responsibilities:
Govern and oversee outsource service providerβs delivery of Lease administration services to Boeing and the GRE organization
Implement strategies to minimize portfolio risk for new site delivery and business continuity, financial exposure, and management of associated risks
Provide oversight and approval as well as support development of best practices, products, systems, processes, templates, and analytical tools for further growth & development of the assigned BU according to defined strategic priorities
Ensure Boeing GRE standards of performance and needs are met; assure integration, as applicable, across all other service delivery workstreams
Provide leadership, guidance, advice, and other support to deliver best practice selection, training, assessments, and service delivery
Manage, develop and motivate employees and first-level managers
Lead and support the organization to develop a proactive approach to:
Drive a continuous improvement philosophy and culture throughout the organization
Ensure SLAβs & KPIβs are managed and achieved
Identify and recommend remedial actions and process changes
Minimize commercial real estate risk to the business
Document requirements and assist in analyzing and reviewing potential solutions
Mentor and develop managers and employees in GRE as well as GREF
Up to 30% domestic travel will be required based on business needs. Β

5+ years of experience in corporate real estate leasing, real estate finance or lease administration
5+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic planning and risk identification
Critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in process re-engineering
5+ years of experience in occupancy planning, space planning, design, and/or change management
5+ years of experience leading and managing development & integration of business plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
5+ years of experience leading teams
