What Are We Looking For?
UCI is currently looking for a patient service Staff Accountant to join our team. The Staff Accountant provides professional accounting support to a variety of financial functions for the company, including preparation of month end close journal entries, performing cash and other account reconciliations and various other special projects.
Do You Have What It Takes?
A good candidate will bring with them:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 2 or more years of accounting experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of automated accounting systems
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to research, interpret and report on complex data
- Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate well with wide variety of individuals within the organization and work well in a team-based environment
- Goal oriented with ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
