Compensation and Benefits:

- Our weekly schedules include built-in time for personal and team well-being and development.
- Up to six weeks of paid parental/adoptive leave.
- Paid time off to allow you to maintain a healthy balance of work and personal time.
- Compensation includes a $24-30 hourly base pay, plus eligibility to participate in our technician-specific production model!
- All staff profit sharing.
