Weekend Scheduler

General Description:  The Weekend Scheduler is primarily responsible for monitoring the clock in and outs of the schedule on the weekends.  Shifts are 7 am - 7 pm Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. The weekend scheduler will answer phones with excellent communication and customer service skills. Communicate any caregiver call outs with our clients and find a new caregiver to go out to that shift if the client requests.  The weekend scheduler will also assist the client with clocking in and out if experiencing any issues and communicate with the supervisor any issues that need additional attention in a timely manner. 

• Experience in clinically working with other adults in either acute or residential/long term care settings.
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Experience in clinically working with older adults with memory concerns such as Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Diagnoses.
• High School Diploma/ GED
• Every other Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm
