Assistant Manager (In Training)

Full-time - Saturdays a must (45 hours per week)

Hours of Operation: Monday thru Saturday (one assigned weekday off)

  • Ability to interact with clients and potential customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Have the willingness to help our team GROW by giving and receiving constructive criticism in a respectful manner
  • Horticultural education or experience a plus but not required
  • 2 + years of retail/wholesale experience or equivalent customer service experience preferred
  • Must be fast-paced on the computer and familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Able to handle physical activity such as lifting, loading, bending, crouching, and moving plant material and bagged soils
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Working Saturdays is a must - 4 week days and Saturday
