The banquet bartender will be responsible for mixing drinks for large, medium, small, VIP and convention groups; setting up and maintaining work area (indoor and outdoor); monitoring cleanliness of glasses and equipment; assembling bar equipment; pouring drinks; inventorying supplies; handling cash bar.Β
