Position Summary

While no job description can possibly provide a comprehensive list of job duties, the following is a summary of the major responsibilities for the position. The banquet bartender will be responsible for mixing drinks for large, medium, small, VIP and convention groups; setting up and maintaining work area (indoor and outdoor); monitoring cleanliness of glasses and equipment; assembling bar equipment; pouring drinks; inventorying supplies; handling cash bar.Β

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferredΒ and/or equivalent experience.Β 
  • At least two years of related experience required.
  • Understanding of the luxury & quality environment.Β 
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
