You will have the opportunity to work with an all male population in a 1:1 setting. Β You will work with a multi-dimensional team including ABA clinicians leading individual and group therapy, speech and language pathologists, occupational therapists, recreational therapists, and special education teachers.

You will work with each resident on short and long term goals while implementing their individualized behavior support plan. Β The job is in a specialized environment of care, including individual rooms, muted colors throughout the unit, and a variety of provided environmental supports.Β

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred. Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting or 1-year ABA Experience. If no direct ABA experience, 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting. Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
