As a Customer Service Representative, you'll shine with exceptional communication skills, make customers feel right at home, showcase empathy, and master the art of multitasking. Picture this – you'll be the first voice our customers hear, setting the tone for their expectations from our company. Ready to make a lasting impression? Applicants should be available Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., enjoying an 8-hour shift with a 30-minute lunch break. Plus, get ready for some weekend vibes as we require one Saturday a month from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.Β

Upon completion of training, job duties include:Β 

  • Support customers through calls, text, web chat, or email.Β 
  • Educate customers so they can make informed decisions about their home.Β 
  • Use software to input service requests accurately and in available time slots.Β 
  • Communicate with the appropriate department about any customer concerns or anything that should be followed up with by a location.Β 
  • Assist in scheduling visits for Family First Plan members.Β 
  • Make outbound calls to ensure our field staff stays busy during slower times.Β 
  • Sell and renew maintenance agreements.Β 
  • Participate in ongoing training on objection handling, empathy, and call booking.Β 
  • Deescalate customer complaints or escalate to appropriate contact.Β 
  • Maintain a call booking rate of 92%Β
