Description

Summary: A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.Β

Responsibilities:


β€’Β  Β  Assist customers with requests and inquiries via email, phone, and in person and receive orders for account.Β 


β€’Β  Β  Supervise assigned accounts.


β€’Β  Β  Deliver Customer expectations.


β€’Β  Β  Complete contract forms, determine charges for services requested, communicate changes with accounts and ensure orders and changes are properly executed.Β 


β€’Β  Β  Solicits sale of new or additional services.


β€’Β  Β  Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.


β€’Β  Β  Committed to meeting current and future expectations and requirements of customers, and resolving customer issues that arise.Β 


β€’Β  Β  Provide input and complete freight bills.


β€’Β  Β  Ensure all supporting documents are accurate, available, and applicable to the customer order/shipment.


β€’Β  Β  Prioritization of orders and adjusting of schedules to ensure customer priority requirements are met.


β€’Β  Β  Compile and submit accurate, regular, and timely reports as requested.


β€’Β  Β  Provide customer statistics regarding shipments via email or through verbal transmission.


β€’Β  Β  Process new rate requests, especially during the booking portion, along with pertinent information to pricing for rate submission and approval from customer.


β€’Β  Β  Report and document any irregularities to management immediately.


β€’Β  Β  Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β 


β€’Β  Β  Β  Β One year of experience in a customer service-based setting handling incoming calls and emails, utilizing troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to provide resolution.


β€’Β  Β  Β  Β Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.

$19 - $23 hourly*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
