Customer Service Representative- South Carolina

We are looking for REMOTE Customer Service Representatives to join one of Rochester, New York’s top workplaces! The hours of operation are between 8:00a-8:00p EST.

A DAY IN THE LIFE: 

Our representatives answer incoming calls in a high-volume setting, providing exceptional customer service by supporting and responding to inquires. Some duties include: 

• Providing responsive and professional customer service to members regarding their auto insurance policies.
• Advising of and selling membership benefits to customers on calls
• Navigating through several programs while on each call, including dual monitors, virtual desktops, and other internal systems
• Maintaining program metrics and customer satisfaction scores
• Passing quality assurance evaluations scored by our training department
• Attending coachings and team meetings
• Performing other duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

       We are looking for those with the following:  

• Inbound customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars. 
• Must be willing to advise of and sell membership benefit products. 
• Sales experience preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.
• A remote setting that provides the same distraction-free environment as an office. 
• Strong oral/written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required. 
• Ability to navigate through and utilize various computer applications efficiently, with prior experience working in a virtual desktop environment. 
• Prior experience with Five9 a plus.
