Summary

This role involves handling a variety of customer service requests through phone, chat, secure message, and email, focusing on First Contact Resolution and managing risk for both the bank and the customer.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in banking, bank operations, retail, or customer service
  • Previous Contact Center experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and Saturdays

Job Functions

  • Process check orders, stop payments, account maintenance, and debit card requests
  • Support and resolve complex debit card issues
  • Provide online/mobile banking and Bill Pay support
  • Meet personal scorecard goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across all support channels
  • Mentor teammates and contribute to training materials
  • Develop specialized support niches as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Actively seek and refer bank products and services
  • Complete all required training and maintain knowledge of bank products and services
  • Minimize absences to support team performance goals

  • None

Work Environment

  • Locations: Laurens, SC or Blairsville, GA

Position Type

  • Full-time with schedule flexibility for evenings and weekends

Travel

  • Up to 25% travel may be required
