Food & Nutrition Aide

The dietary aide is responsible for: condiments per the patients menu or diet on each tray, serving the proper foods by specified diets, proper portioning of foods, assisting in the delivery of meals to patients. The dietary aide is responsible for ensuring that after each meal service that the area is properly stocked and cleaned. After a meal service the starter is responsible for scraping trucks, washing dishes, and preparing for the next meal.
