Position: Concierge and Front Desk Team Members

Department: Hotel

Reports To: Front Desk Manager

Summary: We are seeking career-oriented and experienced staff who have a passion for hospitality to join our team. Candidates should be professional. They should have a strong desire to maintain organization and cleanliness - an eye for detail. You will act as the β€˜face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a warm welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations, and guest services.

Essential Functions: Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written and demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities. Must be able to delegate responsibilities, organize complex projects, and establish priorities consistent with business objectives and philosophies.
Have a positive attitude and a courteous demeanor with all customers, staffers, and vendors. Must be able to work well with others and help with other responsibilities as needed to maintain an environment of teamwork.

  • Pay starting at $19.00 per hour (based on previous hotel experience)
