Job Description

  • Professionally greets visitors and patients upon arrival.
  • Ascertains patients’ and or visitors’ needs and directs them accordingly.
  • Educates Medical Center patients, family members, visitors and guests regarding appropriate services and available resources and assist with wayfinding.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to problem resolution by embracing a creative approach and focusing on efficient and effective solutions to promote the desired outcomes.
  • Meets key performance metrics for area and demonstrates compliance with policies/processes.

Additional Job Description

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two years directly related customer service work experience; or an associate’s degree and one year directly related customer service work experience; or A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the related work experience. Computer experience required.
