Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Manage front-of-house staff for customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
  • Enforce health, safety, and company protocols
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Schedule staff shifts and coordinate tasks
  • Conduct staff training and development
  • Manage inventory and order supplies
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficiency
  • Monitor financial performance and contribute to budgeting
  • Implement marketing initiatives for customer traffic
  • Foster a positive work environment.

Requirements
  • Three years’ full service Bar or Kitchen management experience
  • A hospitality mindset.
Salary Description
$58,000.00 to $65000.00
