Position Summary


The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting and closing business with existing client accounts. Through daily communications, this position is expected to foster account relationships to grow the revenues for the company. The successful candidate must be a good listener, energetic, passionate and driven to succeed in selling a full solution, not just a product.


Requirements

  • 2-5 years of sales experienceΒ 

  • 2+ year degree or equivalent work experienceΒ

  • Aptitude for consultative salesΒ 

  • Proficient use of Word, Excel, OutlookΒ 

  • Basic Understanding of value propositions in Managed services and Managed Security services

Job Duties and Responsibilities



  • Meet or exceed monthly quotaΒ 

  • Speak with existing clients while looking for new opportunities to provide valueΒ Β 

  • Track daily activityΒ 

  • Be able to manage a sales cycle from start to finishΒ 

  • Interaction with the account manager and/or vCIO to understand/convey client needsΒ 

  • Hunting for new business each day from existing accounts by cold calling, emails, and mailing lists to find new sales opportunitiesΒ Β 

  • Advise management on situations that may require additional client support or escalationΒ 

  • Keep confidential all applicant, client, and verification and company proprietary informationΒ 

  • Account managementΒ 

  • Understanding customer needs and requirementsΒ Β 

  • Providing value proposition about products and servicesΒ 

  • Providing quotes and closing salesΒ Β 

  • Developing accounts and building rapport with customersΒ Β 

  • Maintaining a database with CRMΒ

Qualifications



  • At least 2-3 Years of industry work experience

  • College education preferred

Sales Expectations



  • Meeting with Qualified opportunities: 12 per month

  • Proposals presented: 4 per month

  • Closed Managed services revenue: $2,000 per month
