The Position:


The IT Technical Analyst supports the local network, hardware, workstations, fax machines, printers and copiers, web page, telephone system, back-up, imaging, and provider Dictaphone support systems. The IT Technical Analyst coordinates all system and software updates and supports all related training and supports our local and out of state locations.




Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


β€’Responsible for providing in-depth knowledge and technical expertise in the areas of installation, maintenance, and support of multiple operating systems and technologies.
β€’Responsible for conducting network troubleshooting to segregate, identify, and resolve general network problems.
β€’Responsible for responding to all Help Desk Requests in a timely manner and following through to resolution.
β€’Maintains all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance.
β€’Responsible for maintaining servers, scheduling upgrades, security, system backups and assists in disaster recovery preparation.
β€’Responsible for assisting in implementation and planning of deletions, additions, and major changes to support local and regional infrastructure.
β€’Maintains and secures passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment.
β€’Maintains all related IT inventory such as hardware, software, other IT supplies and maintains inventory controls on disbursement and collection of equipment.


β€’ Ability to travel up to 50% between upstate practice locations.




Minimum Qualifications


β€’ Associates Degree in Information Technology or a related IT degree.
β€’ Five (5) years of experience in information technology.
β€’ In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
β€’ Up to date knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
β€’ Ability to exercise judgment in prioritizing work, responding to customer needs, and in determining when an inquiry requires higher-level involvement.
