Janitorial Worker

General Duties

1. Offices: Dust, Vacuum, Sweep and Mop Floors, Clean Tables and Empty Trash
2. Outside of Building: Remove Trash and Debris
3. Meeting Rooms: Clean, Vacuum, Clean Tables and Remove Trash
4. Restrooms: Clean, Sanitize, Mop, Remove Trash and Restock
5. Breakrooms: Sweep, Mop, Clean Tables and Remove Trash
6. Entrance and Exit Doors: Clean Windows, Sanitize Door Handles, Vacuum Mats, Sweep Around Doors and Clean Thresholds
7. Restock all Supplies as Needed

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Background Check
2. Drug Testing
3. Must be 18 years of age or older
4. Must be able to lift 20 pounds
5. Must be able to stand for 8 hours
6. Must be able to climb stairs
7. Must be capable of bending, pushing, pending and squatting
8. Must be capable of pushing a manual broom and mop
9. Must be detailed oriented
10. Must have reliable transportation arrangements
11. Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
