Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Marketing Associate at Maya Chia, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team with a variety of tasks, including content creation, campaign management, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, diligent, and detail-oriented individual with experience in content creation and a portfolio of work to share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Create, edit, and proofread content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and print materials.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate and schedule marketing activities, events, and meetings.
  • Maintain and organize marketing databases, files, and records.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Utilize the Shopify platform to manage and update the company’s e-commerce store.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite programs to create and edit marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, with a portfolio of work to share.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Must have experience with the Shopify platform.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Hardworking, diligent, and detail-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
